Freely definable description of the load combination.

Type

The type of load: ULS (ultimate limit state), ULS fire, SLS (serviceability limit state) or quasi-permanent.

Depending on the type of combination, the standard values of the Eurocode are offered for the combination factor (psi) and the load factor (gamma). These can be adjusted.

Columns with Load Cases

A column is created for every load case that has been created. In this way a table appears in which you can see all combinations.

Each cell contains two numbers in the syntax combination factor x load factor. You can also enter a single value; that value is the load factor and the combination factor is then set to 1.00.

When you click in a cell, this dialog appears. Here you can adjust both values.

For the combination factor and the load factor, combo boxes are offered containing the standard values, from which you can choose quickly. You can also type your own value. This gives a lot of freedom.

If a zero is entered for one of the values, the product is of course zero. In that case the cell is shown 'empty'. This is only to keep the table clear.

By default three load combinations are generated automatically: ULS (6.10a), ULS (6.10b) and SLS.
