Custom Profiles

Create and manage user-defined cross-section profiles.

Creating Custom Profiles

1. Open the Custom Profiles dialog
2. Click "Add New Profile"
3. Enter the profile properties:
4. Name
5. Cross-sectional area (A)
6. Moment of inertia (I)
7. Section modulus (W)
8. Height (h)
9. Width (b)

Managing Profiles

• Edit existing profiles
• Delete profiles
• Import profiles from file
• Export profiles to file

Using Custom Profiles

Custom profiles appear in the profile selection list and can be assigned to members like standard profiles.
